Hwest Hotel Hall is located on the outskirts of Hall in Tirol, just off the Hall-West exit of the A12 motorway and 3 km from the historic Old Town. Overall very happy as good value for money for a 1 night stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, and basic but very comfortable room.

Lacking some basic facilities like a kettle and coffee making facilities in room.

Overnight stay in an industrial area

It is a good place for somebody who is travelling longer distances and needs to stay somewhere around this area for a single night because it is really close to the highway exit. Late check-in was also well arranged as they contacted us in advance asking whether we would make it on time (which we wouldn't). If you have an electric car (which we didn't have), there are many chargers around - a few outside and then a lot of them in the underground.

The hotel is located in an industrial area just outside of Innsbruck. Because of this, we expected there would be no problem with parking. However, we were not allowed to park in front of the hotel because it is a private property belonging to somebody else. The only option we had was to pay 8,5 for underground parking area. Otherwise, we would get a fine of 40 (and we really saw a police car that came to check it). We didn't pay for breakfast because it seemed overpriced. Long corridors with many rooms reminded us of a dormitory.

Practical for Australian travellers in transit.

Practical with parking , supermarket with bakery downstairs. Easy drive into Innsbruck next to freeway. Lots of Tesla power banks and a couple of others downstairs.

Hallway carpets looking a little tired. One lift.

Short not sweet thanks to rude receptionist

The room was clean and quiet.

There was a staff member on shift at reception on Thursday morning 10am 30/11/2023. She was incredibly rude, uncooperative and disappeared from reception when there were people waiting for some time. No apology.

Superb

Grade 9 because of the shower (great) and plenty of EV recharge points including Tesla superchargers - which are all indoor (amazing). Rare finding. Awesome.
