The staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming. As a family of 5 with a dog this was a perfect hotel and location for us and the apartment was spacious enough for us to all have our own space. TVs in each bedroom were a bonus with teenagers! The pool area was lovely and there was availability both nights. It was great that it stayed open NY eve until 10pm. The complimentary Starbucks was a bonus and the kids loved this little extra touch. We met 2 reception staff, the night porter and a cleaner and every single member of staff we met could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be booking up to return to this hotel.

Very minor point but a coat rack in the hallway would be a massive bonus in the winter and I would recommend taking some extra coat hangers for the rooms if staying for a long duration.

Best little family getaway

We booked a 2 bed apartment and it was huge! Had everything we needed! Supermarkets directly opposite and only 10min drive if that to the start of the lights. Kids loved the swing pool, very clean an warm.

We had an amazing stay at the Hy. Such helpful and friendly staff!

Beautiful, clean and modern spacious accommodation. We have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff who went out of there way to make our stay so enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool! We have nothing negative to say at all, only positives!
