    The location is very strategic and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The have high quality product for shampoo and shower gel
    The night staff wasn't so great. They seem to be annoyed by the questions. Also, the deposit money was so high. It's $200 :( Eventhough it looks like walkable from amtrak, if you have a lot of luggage, you can't really walk since you have to use the pedestrian bridge with high stairs. Not sure whether the lift is work. But still, it's close, so you can order uber with cheaper price. But if you are on budget, I will suggest another place.

    Breakfast, breakfast staff, my room, the convenient parking and location.
    Front desk staff was indifferent, didnt really smile, and wasnt very engaged in good customer service. Also the lobby and common areas were really dingy and clearly unmaintained. The lesser star Hyatt I stayed at in Pleasanton had way better front desk staff. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this used to be my favorite hotel to stay at in the Bay Area. It really needs some more love.

    EV charging occupied by hotels vehicles. They were parked while they were not charging. Was not able to charge at the first night. Staff tried to help but they couldnt find the keys. Attached the photo of the spots.

    Short walk to the Amtrak station.
    Convenient for the Emeryville Amtrak station, which was my gateway to and from San Francisco. The room/hotel provided all that I needed for a short stay.
    It was a bit pricy compared to hotels in the city. No tourist attractions or events in the area, appears to be more of a business-oriented location.
