Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The location was central to everything and also felt safe.
Bathroom had a funky smell when we first arrived seemed someone had just recently used it. Also, the room was missing the TV remote. We had to request one.

My partner and I loved the free breakfast, especially that it was available for so long. We also adored the staff, they were very lovely and accommodating. The location was amazing for reaching the Christmas market and museums downtown as well as good restaurants.

I loved the location and the facilities
The valet service is awful. Their system makes no sense. We watched them throw tickets down on the counter, lose the order, ask multiple times what car we were waiting for, etc. just because they have a very unorganized way of doing things. We waiting 20 minutes for our car every time we needed it, regardless of the time of day.
