Excellent location to TCU and a great place to stay
The room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. It was quiet and all of the amenities we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is ideal, close to TCU which was the sole reason for our visit.

The mattress needed replaced. The STRONG chemical smell every time we entered the room. The banging noise we heard the first night there, ALL NIGHT. Then there was a smell of either dead rat or sewage in our bathroom the last night. And then Something you cant help, The train at 4:45 in the morning blowing its horn all the way thru town.

Good weekend in Ft. Worth.
Breakfast was good, not great. Near TCU and good restaurants. Like the bar upstairs.
Paid parking. Having to use key card in the elevators.

Breakfast was mediocre at best . Eggs, potatoes/etc were cold even though in hot plate and not only did it not taste good but was concerned about the health perspective of food sitting out cold for long periods
