Comfortable and a good stay.

The rooms are good, service and food is worth mentioning.

The route from the airport to the hotel was not comfortable. Casino, Spa and an entertainment zone is required.

Hotel lacks Hospitality, has safety issues and restaurant is only for people who have meal packages

There was hardly anything that I can write good about this place but only good experience was the staff who checked us in. After that it was a horrible experience at the property. I will not recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kathmandu

The HVAC in the rooms was not working and the staff had no answer or resolution to it. The response was "it is what it is and we can't do much about it" There was a safety hazard in the washroom as there was a leakage issue and water was reaching the room from washroom. Anyone who is not mindful of the water on the floor could easily slip and get injured. The staff was well aware of this issue as it was in multiple rooms but still there was no corrective action. Lastly, the restaurant is pathetic and one of the staff members even refused to offer the buffet to us at 9PM as the buffet is only for the people who have dinner package in the stay. First day of the stay, we got the dinner buffet (fortunately) but the food was cold and the staff could not do anything about it as they were busy catering to the in room dining orders.

Happy Place

The breakfast is too good with lots of varieties. Asian, Chinese, American. Every one is very friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Overall a very happy place to be.
