It was a nightmare to sleep , the adjoining room guests had a blaring alarm from 6 am till 730 am and the hotel staff could do nothing to help

Check if there are no wedding before you stay, Be more insistent about the room change.

The location was nice , just the entry to the hotel through the village has horrible roads. M Harbhajan Singh, Kamlesh from the restaurant were amazing. Shivangi from the front desk is so humane and excellent, Padma from room service is amazing, Himanshu from sky bar was very good. Food is good overall with a lot of variety .

I had asked for a twin room with a view at the time of the booking. Our room was nice but faced buildings with a bit of mountains. I asked repeatedly to change my room. I was promised a change that never happened. I had a 6 night stay and the hotel could have managed a change for at least half of it. The Guest services manager Avinash, took my number but never bothered to get back. The communication at the front desk is complicated. One has to repeat and request the same thing again and again. Disappointed! The hotel has a lot of weddings and gets very noisy. Breakfast on 3 mornings was a mess.

Would not repeat the same experience.

The hotel is overall good and had a good services, breakfast.

The room was supposed to have Mountain View, it did not have. We felt cheated because hotel had given better view rooms to a wedding party. Staff too overwhelmed by the crowd. Was absolutely not value for money. Not expected from a reputed chain of hotels. We would like hotel to refund us the some part of room tariff for not giving booked room category.

Everything..the horrifying customer experience..the worst pathetic stay ever. If you wish to have a headache free holiday don't even think of booking this property
