Loved it

I liked the personalised touch of their services. Its a beautiful property and the staff know what they are doing. Multiple restaurants with different ambiance to try and there is a bakery too. The property has a open courtyard which looks stunning

Hyatt Regency is a haven amidst the city .A driveaway from the city, but once at the hotel, we didn't feel like leaving. The hotel helped us with laundry that we needed within a short space of time. The high tea hosted by the hotel was very beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were of superior standard. The breakfast was outstanding.We had a problem with dining at a members only venue. However, the manager handled the complaint with professionalism and diligence. We felt that we were well compensated and handled with care and understanding. The staff are amazing. Treated like royalty.

- the hi- tea arranged by the hotel - the staff was courteous - the bar has a great view and a great vibe - warm welcome

- room was not worth the charge - very small room, definitely not worth the tag 'luxury' - Ill designed bathroom - bad bed, likely to give you a backache
