Superb

It was a relaxing stay and I was able to get a good work out and meal all at the hotel.

The view was amazing and the gym was better than most hotel gyms. The in house restaurant was really good.

The fridge shelf was broken, the sink drain was slow, and the carpet was in rough shape.

Not worth the money. Way better hotels than this one.

Room service until 12 am.

Wifi didnt work. Room was small for the price. All around small room for the price. No stairs only elevator. Horrible shampoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Water was horrible.

We want a refund!!!!!! And yet they are still charging us even though we didnt even stay at the property!

We didnt stay for our reservation, we pulled up the night of our wedding to a round of gunshots going off while standing in the front entrance of the building. We are still being charged even though we didnt stay bc we felt unsafe.

Staff and location are great. Pool hours great. Cleanliness of room/food - not impressed.

The staff was great. Sweet. Friendly. Smiling. Always had water down stairs. I loved the pool hours. The view is always beautiful. This is were we have always stayed. I enjoy this motel. Maybe they need a better head of house keeping. Because I didnt enjoy working while I was supposed to be on a mini vay - cay

I was shocked by the dust and dirt in my room. The beds were changed . But nothing else was clean The tongs were grimy. The toilet had hair. Bathroom sink had gunk in the corners. The tv and tv stand was so dusty. I was not impressed. My kids wanted to move to the hotel across the river walk. North. We did the $14 a plate to go. Pork/meat in all hot food. We love fruit but would have been great on some pancakes. Maybe a gravy choice w/out pork.
