It was fair but would go back

Pools to be a bit warmer than it was, the water was too cold to swim in. The whole reason I picked this hotel was because it had a slide and the pool was heated. Also a breakfast/dinner option on site would of been great

Great winter stay!

Lots of things for younger children to do. Not so much for older teens. Kids loved the lazy river, pool area, games and smores.

Loved everything about it, except had small issue with front door. It was coming off the hinges

Spacious room and super clean.

The website didn't do a good job at describing the apartment. It was more beautiful than what was listed. I was very pleased.

This place has terrible, entitled customer service! Beds and pillows are terrible!

The pool and slides, the fire pits and Christmas tree

It is not well lite at all. For Part of the stay I was a female with a young child and they did t make it very secure. Our phone in our room didn't work and so they needed to change rooms at 7p at night. After engineering left, front desk wanted me to pack up my child and things, come all the way down to the lobby and pick up keys. Never offered to help with anything. The next day, I asked our sheets to be changed and was told "housekeeping doesn't do that, the residents voted for it to be that way". I told him I was a hotel guess and for al.ost $200 night that I expect better. They came while I was gone and striped my bed and left the new sheets in a black trash bag for me to deal with. Never took out my trash or gor me new towels. Then we got locked out on the last night at 830p and again, their 1st response was for ME to do the work and come to them.. after some harsh words they finally brought me keys. The bed and pillows are TERRIBLE and the patio door doesn't lock, just secured by the bar that comes down. I expected more and better for my money!
