From sundowner drinks and beat filled pool days to guided hikes along the Cala Llonga Bay, the adventure never ends in our expansive, festival - inspired setting. Cala Llonga is a fantastic destination for exploring the island, just 10 minutes driving to Ibiza Town and 5 minutes to the charming Santa Eulalia del Rio. On site, you will discover the gastronomic proposal of Hyde and Mondrian Ibiza, hotel in the next door with shared facilities, like: Cuyo Restaurant, where buffet breakfast is served. Buffet breakfast can be booked in advance or pay on spot in case you have not booked in bed and breakfast basis. Cuyo will be as well open for lunch and dinner with Mexican touches based on local fish and seafood. Hyde Beach, pool bar and restaurant. The center location for both properties, with live music, entertainment and the place where anything can happen. Bungalow, second pool bar and restaurant, with international food, grilled fishes and meat and drinks in a more chilling atmosphere. NIKO Japanese restaurant (coming soon) at Mondrian, modern Japanese cuisine, sushi bar and best service for the best clients. Sun and Moon lobby bar (at Mondrian), with small bites and drinks from morning to late evening. Perq, urban-cool grab and go cafe, opening very early in the morning, for a quick breakfast or to get your coffee and sandwiches on-the-go. Please bear in mind that operation timetables can be modified for some of the outlets of the hotel and there might be some restrictions to the availability of outlets and services during this 2023 preview season.
