    Satisfactory.
    Location, parking and room size.
    Room not ready for cold weather, no carpets on the floor which makes it very cold and uncozy, bathroom is not separated from the room and has no doors and what makes it uncomfortable is that windows in the toilet has no shades or curtains therefore the rooms are bright once the sun comes up which is disturbing. In addition, suites should at least have an additional toilet in the living room.

    it was overall very good, very chill and relaxed. all the staff were extremely nice. the facilties were great.
    the cleanliness of the room was not great lots of creatures and disgusting silverfish all around the bathroom and shower.

    Great location and good place to stay.
    Location is great and rooms are very clean. Most of the stuff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and dinners. Dinners surprised me by the great quality of the food. I can even say that they were better than in most of the restaurants I went to.
    Beds are not comfortable, please change the mattresses. Coffee is to be changed as well, especially during breakfast - couldn't drink it.

    The hotel was beautiful with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The rooms were 5 star!!! Beautiful location, beautiful room, beautiful hotel, great pool, we could walk to Puerto Banus easily for lots of good food options plus the yachts.. amazing!!!
