Superb

Very calm environment and comfortable. And the staff is very nice ...and the hotel is right next to the sea. And all kinds of facilities are available. Everything else was very good And the breakfast was also amazing.

The only thing I missed was that the TV in Rome didn't play Netflix and Amazon YouTube.and one thing was that the room near the elevator was very noisy.

Good

I likes the proximity to the beach and that it was very clean.

Walls were thin, so that there was a lot of TV noise and audible conversation from the neighboring rooms.

Great location, like 2 houses from the beach, 15 mins on foot to the city centre. The team of the hotel is ready to help with everything you need (kind words to Svitlana from bar/restaurant team). And they didn't forget about the birthday and surprised us with a nice present))The swimming pool area is really comfortable, with a shower and bar. The cleaning of the room is exceptional.

Couldn't find any of what we don't like, sorry)))

Very good

It was acceptable but a good 2 klm walking time for me 30 mins from town and shops

The pool was excellent and i hope clean enough. The staff were very very helpful.

The first room they gave me there was feces on the balcony and too many mosquitoes to deal with also noisy as kitchen next to it. I changed to a better room and as I was alone they allowed the change free of charge. Also the sauna etc has been out of service since covid pandemic which was a shame.
