    Practical but not great value for money. Very pleasant staff.
    Practical for stopover on journey
    The food served at the restaurant is not great. The lack of any sort of reception, which I believe is a misguided effort on your part to look modern, just makes your staff look unprofessional and disorganised. Not that this was why we had to wait 15 minutes to pay and nobody else waiting.

    I cannot reccomment Ibis.
    Breakfast could be better, non-supplemented assortment. I asked for 2 separated beds - that was not prepared. Very small room for two person - probably its single room - there was only one towel prepared! So we had to go to the check in table (no reception!) first for help with twin beds and second time for towel, its not nice after long time traveling!

    Disappointing. I expected much better from the Ibis chain.
    When we arrived, the room was very stuffy and had a very bad odor which made it impossible to stay in it. We were told that the cleaning staff forgot to turn on the air conditioner before we arrived. The bad odor was eliminated with a spray supplied by the staff. The air conditioner worked. However, it was extremely feeble so that in effect, it was useless. The room remained unbearably hot all night. The following morning we complained about it and they said they would fix it. Unfortunately they didn't, and our second night there was also very hot. They do not automatically supply hand towels. We had to ask for them.

    Pleasant staff but tired hotel
    The staff were lovely and the grounds were pretty with a great breakfast selection in the morning.
    The room was very basic/tired and had a smell of sewage in the bathroom. The hotel was also quite far out of town which was quite a challenge for getting around. The hotel itself was slightly tired and could do with a renovation.
