    convenient to motorway the best thing about this hotel.
    location. space for dog exercise. staff good
    dinner. we waited 30 minutes before we even got a drink, husband's pork had been kept warm and dried out, fish good, but risotto texture of rice pudding! We will not eat here again. only 2 paper cups in the bedroom, two thin towels

    good service , nice room close to motor way and town and real nice service
    the room was confortable , good shower and good hot water , the restaurant is always good and the service was perfect , the breakfast is heaven , different kind of breath , good cafe, good original tea , and i also do like the scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages
    smooking people just in front of the covered entrance of the hotel just because im a non smoker but i do understand that you need to smoke somewhere covered special when there is rain or snow like yesterday

    The reception staff where lovely, friendly and efficient. Good location
    Room was very dated but comfortable. We had reserved a table in the restaurant for 20.45, but waiter didn t take food or drinks order until 21.15 !!! When our food arrived my husbands fillet steak was perfect, but my filet mignon was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside ( I am aware that filet mignon can be served pink but this was raw), so was taken back to the kitchen. My husband finished his steak but I still hadn t got my meal back, so waiter went back to kitchen to investigate!!!! Came back and it turned out my meal had been given to another diner!!! Waiter asked did I want to order something else, but to be honest it was then 22.00 and I had lost my appetite by then. When we went to pay they were trying to charge us for the filet mignon I had not had!!!!!!!!

    Good restaurant with enjoyable dinner and good breakfast. Wine list was very good. Staff were friendly and very professional. The atmosphere in the dining room was friendly an enjoyable.

    Clean, modern, welcoming and great value. Excellent restaurant and staff
    Clean, modern with excellent facilities. The location is great for us travelling through France to the UK, this hotel is becoming a regular stopover for us. Beaune is a beautiful town, the hotel is not in the centre but this works for us. Car park very secure. A warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant is excellent. I would always book dinner as it get quite busy, often full.
