    Good location, very supportive staff, fair shower. The parking has a weird entrance but once you are in it is actually good plenty of places on the lower floors, and a lift to get you quickly up.
    Had to pay for parking, made my stay more expensive than forecasted - usually IB provides free parking. The bed could have a softer mattress.

    Tiny room, ok for one or two nights on a budget.
    The hotel was very cheap compared to others nearby.
    The room was tiny. There is barely enough room for two adults to fit, we could not pass each other. The toilet is in a separate tiny room and the shower is not great, but clean. There was a weird smell in our room.

    Good location, very accessible from/to the main train station. I think that the hotel is a good choice for visiting both the entire region (by train) or for Cannes only. The breakfast is really worth.
