His pleasant demeanor and unwavering helpfulness added a personal touch to our experience. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed and serve their purpose well. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, contributing to an overall comfortable stay. Additional services such as breakfast and parking come at an extra cost, but we found the parking to be a great deal, especially given the convenience of a spacious garage. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Lucerne was a significant plus, as we could easily explore the city with just a short walk. What truly stood out was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed, and we extend our gratitude to everyone who served us and provided their services.
