    Could be so much better with change of attitude and product knowledge
    The bar staff had a very poor attitude the beer was undrinkable and smelt as if the lines needed cleaning The bar staff short measured No management available to chat about

    toilet had stains...a little like a kettle ,glass and tea bags in the room would be good

    everything was really nice, the decor, hygiene and overall. The Staff was very kind and helpful, served us dinner inspite their closing hours.
    The size of the room needs to be bigger for a double bed and an extra bed for the child. no place to keep the luggage

    The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
    The water from the tap was undrinkable, too much chlorine, there should be a water dispeser available. The pillows were too soft. The morning staff were slow to clear the breakfast trays, there should be a tray stacking cupboard available.

    Worst experience ever.
    Some staff are nice
    The management not professionalno understanding that a hotel is to make guests feel at home. And I was bitten by unknown bed-bugs on arms and foot. And the bites are still rediching and annoying me after 3weeks. The hotel needs to do something about it.

    It was conveniently located for visiting the town. Parking was secure and good.
    Prices for food were too high for the quality of the food. We were not offered the menu du jour which ould have been cheaper.

    Check in very good, breakfast very poor breakfast area very messy and not much food left at 0900,one member of staff who did not seem very interested in her job. room booked on half board basis, food was good and well served but was not explained about two courses and not three courses as we were asked what we wanted for all three courses and also could not book to our room.
    Breakfast . meal plan explained rather than finding out after we had eaten.
