    It is okay for short stay. Nothing to expect much
    The location is perfect.
    The room was not that clean especially the bathroom. Also, the sofa in the common area at the entrance had big stains. There was a hair on the bad.

    We found food on the carpet on the first night we stayed ! Lying under the d so I think they should clean the rooms more thoroughly

    Nice hotel well located about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city with a tram stop right at the front door , staff were welcoming , beds very comfortable
    Rooms a bit small but adequate for a hotel room , no coffee or tea making facilities in room or anywhere in hotel i seen , no vending machines either for a quick snack

    Great location and friendly staff which was perfect for our stay in Ghent.
    The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the train station and town centre. The staff were great and we enjoyed the lobby lounge area.
    The shower in our room was not super warm.
