    The best part of the property was the parking, which had ample of space. The house keeping services were very friendly and cooperative.
    The behaviour of one of the kitchen and reception staffs . They were very rude towards us. We were three families with 3 children and we had 9 glasses. One of the kitchen staffs told us that "we have a lot of glasses for 4 peoples." On saying that we are 9 people, she said sarcastically,"oh really." Then we had another instant when a manager came to our 2 years old and yelled at him and said "STOP" on his face. He was terrified and cried bitterly for the whole day. We spent hours to console the poor guy. I have been at many properties of IBIS In the past. This has been my worst experience so far. Honestly, we felt that they were being RACIST as other children were doing the same but they didn't say a thing. The iltreament was particularly towards us.

    The hotel is 7 minutes away from Colmar center by car. It is a very clean and very nice hotel. The staff is wonderful and friendly. If I come again, I will stay here again.
    The third person bed is a little uncomfortable. They need to fix this. There is a small airport next to the hotel. Sometimes it can be loud. But it was not a big problem for us.

    Great stay to explore Colmar and Alsace
    Great staff and breakfast plus you can get coffee tea etc any time of the day. Good proximity to town center. Swimming pool was still open although we did not use. Next to the Statue of Liberty.
    We asked for no cleaning, sign on the door, and found the room made upon return. Not a big deal but Id appreciate respecting our privacy. Hotel is a bit hard to find if you follow gps directions, I recommend messaging people coordinates in advance.
