    Will definitely stay at the same hotel should i revisit Palermo
    Location was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. For the breakfast there was quite a variety of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
    The smell of gas when the hot water was on.

    Just front of the houbour and 15-20 min distance to the city center by walk. Staffs were very kind. Room was very big. Nice harbour view from the restaurant for breakfast.
    Neighborhood is not very clean. Coffee for breakfast was bad.

    Good hotel close to ferry dock and with easy access to historic center of Palermo.
    Location is very convenient to those arriving by ferry. It is within short walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with views of the port with ferries coming and going. Good breakfast at the terrace restaurant on the 7th floor overlooking the port.
    Restaurant for dinner was buffet style only. The terrace restaurant is located on the 7th floor with great views of the port and harbor. It could be a nice venue for a quality restaurant with service and a la carte menu instead of a buffet.

    Could be better.
    Good location, generally friendly staff at the reception. Free parking space.
    The rooms require renovation. The soap dispensers are not at the standard you expect, in fact in some of the rooms it didnt work. Only one key card for the 4 persons room.

    Ok hotel to stay for 1 night, when arriving late and going early.
    we just stayed here for 1 night, because we arrived late w a flight and supposed to continue driving to other side of town. it was ok to stay one nigth, and easy access to get in and out w a car. Room is decent in size w a relatively big bathroom but basic. Breakfast is okay, but you kinda just eat and go. I feel like hotel was ok, did the job. But building and lifts are old, view is over the port and a bit of construction going. Good thing was that there was a street w some casual restaurants close by. Did the job of having a place to stay over night, but that's about it. Feel like it was a bit expensive for what it was, but then again we booked late and I guess high season pricing still. receptionist was very nice and helpful. they have a parking, which is "gated" but not really. Anyone can just walk in, so wouldn't leave anything in the car overnight. Met the requirements of being cheaper, having parking avaiable and ok sized room.

    lifts, the corridors had some weird old carpet felt like it needed some renovation and breakfast area felt very basic (the table and chairs).
