    Heating system was not so good. Therefore room was not enough warm.

    Room was located at 10 min walking from reception and from where breakfast was. There was no place for parking if not an expensive private parking place. They are not offering the right service at the price they propose.

    The water in the shower was either boiling or ice cold, nothing in between. The second set of towels were hidden in the wardrobe, not a good idea without notifying the guests.

    Thoe hotel is located quiet well but that's already it.
    The side building is quiet far away from the main building. The room itself is the bare minimum and does not have any flair at all. For the price it was not worth it. Had much better hotels in Italy for much less. We will not stay here again.
