    Luxury by the sea
    Spacious, plenty of pools and well laid out with beautiful landscaping. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we found the food and drinks offerings fantastic. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
    The beach wasnt great - it was full of stones which made it a bit of an ordeal getting in and out of the water, we had to wear beach shoes which the hotel provided. I prefer beaches to pools so that was a big disappointment for me nothing to do with the hotel though just Mother Nature. Im relation to eating in the restaurants at night, despite booking for 8-830 the restaurants really close up quite early so in one or two of the restaurants we felt ignored or rushed as kitchen was closing.

    Lovely choice of pools and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

    OK place but too expensive for what it is.Does not compare well to other all-inclusive top resorts,
    Breakfast was good in general. Buffet lacked choice compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts. Kid Club Entertainers from Sharkie and George were good Football coaches for kids and staff were good. liked small baby pool - has good facilities Ice CReam and sweets stand is useful for the kids liked bike service. setting is nice
    Cleaning service was ad hoc and not twice per day however hotel apologiesed Beach is very bad, entrance into the water is awful restaurants offered foods that were not good - pizza in seasons restaurant was not freshly made but pre-made / microwaved. truffle pizza was awful. no fresh apple juice, at 5* resort one would expect that

    Best service ever experienced
    Above all service ( very useful and efficient was the WhatsApp channel with the hotel!) Spa A quite adult pool Food quality and variety; impressive breakfast buffet at Flavours restaurant
    The buildings / staircases with the rooms a bit simple The terrasse was not useable as you saw and heared the big air conditioning system of the Fresco restaurant (yes seaview, but not a nice one)

    Amazing all inclusive resort with great food and even better service!
    I had an incredible experience at this all-inclusive resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, providing truly amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious! Additionally, the resort's local drive adventure program added an exciting and adventurous element to my stay, allowing me to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.

    beautiful setting & very friendly helpful staff.
    the hotel decor & setting was beautiful. the staff were very good & friendly. the food was mostly nice. our favourite restaurant was fresco. Marta was very helpful when we arrived. jeorg from the gym was exceptionally helpful with helping me during the classes & gave me extra training. Katherine from the family pool was always around to take our order & she was also very friendly.
    The evening entertainment at the beach bar could be better. The white night was great and 1 singer was good. The entertainment stops very early before 11pm. The kids club was not age appropriate for my children. My daughter would have preferred the teens club to the kids club.
