    Staff were friendly, breakfast good, courtyard stunning. Just needs a facelift and better bathrooms
    Location. The actual building is beautiful.
    The bathroom needs upgrading, cracked tiles, shower really cold then boiling hot, cracked toilet seat. I think it would be nice to have better facilities in the rooms.

    Wonderful hotel
    Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Siena. View from the room of the magnificent Tuscan slopes and historic buildings of Siena. Breakfast delicious and wholesome. Really recommend.

    Decent, value for money and parking (without hearing though)!
    Location and the building were very nice, well sized room, huge bed and parking available.
    No heating until mid November, breakfast had a decent variety but very slow and inattentive staff. No lift in the building.

    Amazing experience with a nice sunset
    The guy at the reception was super friendly. Many thanks for your support and recommendations. Much appreciated. Our room was big with an amazing view. Breakfast was very nice. Accomodation is in the city center.
    Take care to do a registration for the car before entering the city center. There are cameras who will catch you.
