    The room was nice and in a great location. Staff was helpful and kind.
    Very poor wi-fi at the room, basically it was not working. No free parking for the guests. We had to leave the car at the paid public parking by the hotel.

    Perfect location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
    I enjoyed the spacious room very much, comfortable bed and the hotel location is just perfect - walking distance from Piazza Duomo, via Etnea and piazza Universita. The receptionist Mohamad was a great face of this facility's hospitality, super friendly and provide us slippers, additional blanket as per our request.
    The breakfast could be much richer in the sense of healthy options, while it was full of pastries.

    Nice hotel, but my one night there was neither relaxing, nor restful.
    Great location. Property was clean and the room was small but nicely decorated
    The key card was required to keep the power on, but my rooms card reader/holder was defective and the power shut off spontaneously several times. This turned off the lights, but more problematic was that the a/c turned off, as well. I received a new key card from the reception, but finally the maintenance man came by and determined the reader couldnt be fixed, but had to be replaced. The staff was very nice, but all this took place after I had gone to bed, so this kept me awake while the issue was being resolved. Additionally, I accidentally left my camera there and I knew exactly where it was, but the staff didnt reply to my emails and when I finally reached someone, they wouldnt mail my camera or even just the memory card to me. A receptionist from another hotel I stayed at retrieved my camera from this hotel and mailed it back to me. It was my fault for leaving the camera, but the process to retrieve it was very frustrating.

    Decent place for a one night stay
    The property was centrally located and the staff was very helpful at making dinner reservations and helping us with our car.
    The rooms are very small and dated and the beds are very hard and almost a little low to the ground. We had to ask for an extra blanket because the blankets were very thin. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.
