    Noisy rooms, uncomfortable beds and it wasnt as clean as it should be the room. Check in was very slow, only the location is the point to highlight the rest is below average

    Breakfast was good; close to the city of arts and sciences; staff was friendly
    The room was too small for 3 people. No proper wardrobe to store luggage and clothes: only a rack that was full of hungers, unusable, though, due to a pillar near them. The additional single bed was like a folding bed added to a double room, basically. No toiletries, only soap. I would not recommend it for staying longer than one night.

    Location was the deciding factor. Close to shops museum and oceanographic .
    Cramped room for a family room. Terrible noises. I'm not sure if our room was next to generators or laundry room or Aircon units but horrendous rumbling noises. Bad sleep. I think 230e for a room in a hotel with minimal comforts and small space is expensive

    For one night it's good enough
    The hotel was clean and comfortable, and good location - quite expensive for what it offers
    The receptionist told us breakfast for under 12's was free but then the breakfast lady told said the contrary, I had to pay, I went back to reception and the lady only said 'oh sorry, it's true' - she doesn't even know the basic correct information!! I had breakfast elsewhere, anyway the selection they offered was quite poor. Also during the night I woke up to the client next door watching tv very loudly, I called reception they said they would solve it, they called him, he brought the volume down and then back up again, so the problem was not solved. Other people were arriving late from drinking and going out late at night and you could hear everything, walls are like paper thin.....
