Poor

The location was the only good thing.

The water was salty, and the staff was very rude. Did not get house cleaning at all. They didn't have soup, conditioner, or shampoo. The property was not what it looked like at all from the pictures of the website. Very disappointed

The only window is tightly boarded up and sealed. We can say that there are no windows or fresh air.

This hotel is in a happening place where there is music, bars, restaurants, etc.

It was in a happening part of Playa del Carmen. This can be good and bad. You could walk to restaurants, bars, etc.

The hotel didn't have parking, so we had to drive to a parking garage two blocks away to park the car for 200 pesos. It was difficult to find the hotel because it was on a walking street and we couldn't see it. I had to leave the car and walk on the street to find the hotel and parking facilities.
