Very good

The villa definitely has a wow factor when you enter. A lot of natural light, which is always nice. Also the floor plan is nice and open with multiple spots to hang out In addition, the pool was enormous although it had to be shared with multiple villas adjacent. Nevertheless, the pool is more than big enough for everyone to enjoy

There were no restaurants nearby. On the other hand, you can easily order some food or groceries via Grab (app). Make sure to double check the location. We always had the delivery come through though (all together we ordered about 10 times). Ordering a taxi/car on the grab app can be a little bit difficult. It often took a while to find a driver (sometimes up to 15-20 mins) because the villa is located in a secluded area and it is relatively hard to find, even while using navigation system.

It could definitely be better.

Werent able to fix the problem with jacuzzi, after having 4 hours conversation. We werent able to enjoy our stay fully. The stuff replies to the messages very slow and most of the messages were just two wait. We waited for the whole the and they couldnt fix the issue

Beautifully decorated, wow factor when first arriving but could definitely be maintained better.

Extremely difficult to find the property and get the keys, there is no official check-in and it involved us wandering aimlessly trying to locate the villa and eventually having to go in to another villa's office until they could get in contact with the hosts. The villa was beautiful but could definitely be cleaner, very hard to get food, not many restaurants available via gojek and no nearby restaurants
