We didn't get the room we booked, even after a few days, when the hotel was already half empty, we stayed in the moldy room with an old bathtub, others wrote about an upgrade, we didn't get the room we paid for. Several of the pillowcases were moldy, and there was no regular blanket, only a sheet. The sea view room is a side room with a small glimpse of the sea and faces the street. Every day the card had to be recalibrated because it didn't open the door, it was quite annoying to have to go down and up the hot corridor and elevator several times from the 3rd floor because it was not air-conditioned. The batteries in the door were replaced on the sixth day! There is no evening show No room service, no laundry service, no laundry service on the balcony, no fitness room The evening bartender is a very impolite and unfriendly person, he behaved rudely to me several times, if he doesn't want to work, then stop. In the 60-70% empty hotel, my son did not get the empty room next to us, this is natural in other hotels. We were the last guests here, we stayed until the closing day, I was injured during the vacation, which limited my movement, despite this, they wanted to ask for 75 euros so that we could stay in the room for an hour longer. The nice beach is a positive, but it is not the merit of the hotel. Therefore, for the price you can find a much better hotel in Cyprus, I do not recommend it at all.
