Very good

Pleasant stay and a memorable visit.

Location is excellent, very closed to the Geo Park. Very big windows and room is big. Shower facilities and view are amazing. Many power outlets.

I wish they can clean the windows. Its a miss that the windows are very dirty and wasted the beautiful sea view.

Superb

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choice. Our kids loved the big play room. We had a lot for a good price.

Air conditioning was too strong and we were a bit cold in the room

Never like.

It was raining heavily during our departure. The reception seems very unhelpful, not willing to help us to book a taxi .Direct us to go opposite another excursion centre to look for a cab.With heavy luggage and holding the umbrella, whole body wet We have to run across to another side to seek help from a stall uncle which we brought some sovereign. He managed to contact a taxis for us. Also, I believe any hotel room booked from Agoda or booking .com will never get good service and room. However, I will not book from any on line Company .
