    Great location for a one-night stay
    The location was central, close to services and the water. The room had good soundproofing, comfortable beds, nice bathroom facilities. There was a roof terrace with a view of the water that came in handy watching the Christmas boat parade, which just happened to take place the night I was there.
    The front desk was not very knowledgeable about the difficult parking situation which came about due to the boat parade that day. The room was a bit expensive. The room could have used a simpler hot water system for coffee and tea.

    Great location! Was able to watch the lighted boat parade from a common 2nd story terrace with firepit, tables and chairs. Really comfy bed, lots of special touches like a bottle of wine and chocolates from next door. I stayed extra days because I liked it so much. Very pleasant staff, easy parking. Will be back!
    Seals and sea lions in bay can be noisy at night.

    Clean & newly updated. Quiet & nice. Complimentary chocolates.
    LED lights on tv, clock, AC/heater, smoke alarm, etc that disturbed getting quality sleep. Also the sound of fan in bathroom ( no switch to turn off). Also door to bathroom was not good.

    Nice hotel in a lousy town
    The rooms were exceptionally modern clean and comfortable. The fact that they were housed above a Bar and Grill in a town that is best visited over a lunch break, however, is another story. Thank goodness the rooms were nice, because we nearly freaked out and left when we realized we were sleeping above a bar and grill. The website and ads did not reflect this!!!

    Beautiful hotel
    Absolutely loved this hotel. Location fantastic, rooms are big. Very clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Receptionist was great. Loved the complimentary chocolates and wine. Morro Beach itself is beautiful, although at this time of year, quiet. Just wished we had stayed longer than 1 night.

    Great location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the upstairs deck!
    The room I stayed in, #201, was lacking in several ways: noisy ice-maker in near enough proximity to interrupt sleep, and lighting deficits. There is no soft lighting to be had in the room or bathroom, and interrogation-level, motion-activated bathroom lights.
