Staffs are really nice and professional. They speak excellent English, which is highly valued for foreign tourists. It was really a surprise to me that it was my birthday during my stay and I received a surprise cake and candle when I was having breakfast. People are warm and kind there :) Will come back next time definitely.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay from start to finish! Staff are incredible, and nothing was too much, always a big smile on their faces. The room was modern and clean. (Cleaned daily) The location was great; 5 mins to the beach and a huge selection of restaurants a few minutes away. A bank/cashpoint next door and a shop which was handy! The ting ting train stop is also opposite.

Great hotel in centre of Cala dOr

Great hotel in the centre of Cala dOr, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and transport. Room was clean and a super comfortable beach. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet, and lastly shout out to the lovely staff!

Fantastic hotel and very welcoming

Fantastic hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was really made to feel welcome and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond. Great location I was always able to park my car on the street just behind the hotel for free. Breakfast was excellent and offers both continental and hot food, as well as freshly made pancakes by request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay!

Lovely clean room with the biggest bed ever and a fab shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for the main bars and restaurants, marina and beaches.

Nothing! Our fridge wasn't that cool in our room but that was our only complaint.

Great value for the money! Totally worth it!

Location is great, close to everything that you need, bars, restaurants, beach. The staff was really friendly and helped us immediately when we asked for anything. Breakfast was diverse and really tasty. The pool looks exactly like in the photos, really nice place!

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel

Very nice and caring staff. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The hotel has a good location. We also liked that you can leave your things in the luggage room and take a shower at the hotel if you have a flight in the evening

There was sometimes an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom
