Superb

Perhaps costs would not be the best ones, but the breakfast was very nice.

Location is perfect.

The cleaning girls were TOO noisy at 7~7:30am while we were sleeping yet. They were hitting things back and forth outside our room and we felt it very annoying.

1. Extremely noisy. Not only the noise from the street but also from the corridors. The cleaning staff was also very loud in the mornings. 2. A random sock appeared inside our luggage 3. We were charged a coca-cola that we didnt drink. The front desk staff removed it from the bill without any problems. 4. The tap water was extremely hot. It burned to wash our faces! 5. The hotel price is already expensive and they want to charge every way possible. For instance, there is a fee of half a day for a 2h early check-in. Also, we requested to change from twin beds to a double bed and they wanted around 160brl more per night.

The two ladies at the reception were not very welcoming, to put it lightly. We had to pay half the amount of the daily rate to be able to do an early check-in, even if they had rooms ready and available, so ended up paying almost 1000 reais for a very mediocre service and room facilities. No instructions on how to use the lifts, which had us waiting for at least 10 minutes. The room was dark and aged, very different from the Other Innside Meli hotel in Itaim, where I had previously stayed and which photos they had use to advertise this one in Rua Iguatemi. Caught me by surprise how two hotels, from the same brand, at the same neighborhood could be so very different from each other. Not at all a 4 star hotel.

No value for money and slow and unsupportive staff.

Fairly OK location

The check-in took 25 min and it required a lot of stress, paperwork, and two agents from the hotel. I was ignored as other people were cutting in line. I was told I needed to fill 4 pieces of paper per person to check in, including my personal information. I was told I could not check in without providing my email address which I refused. I requested rooms together (family with kids) in advance and I was ignored. No value for money at all. Avoid!

Excellent location. Property has just been renovated under new management, so it is a wonderful stay for the money at the heart of Sao Paulo. Highly recommend.

Goog location, outdated facilities.

Location, next to my office . Updated the hairdryer and had a Nespresso machine for the 1st time in all I stayed there.

Room outdated and noisy (tried many and none are sound proofed you can hear absolutely everything from the corridor and rooms around). Very few and terrible quality of toiletries which are critical when just traveling for work with a carry on (cant bring my personal choices).
