Amazing hotel to stay as a family!

I should say congratulations to the hotel management because of their amazing staff! They were super polite, welcoming, kind and helpful! The interior design was impressive! The designer had considered any single detail! The hotel was incredibly clean, thanks to the housekeeping team! Breakfast was so good as well. The size of the room was great! We had plenty of space as a family there, so it was very convenient, and I highly recommend it to the families who travel with children.

Well, there are small points that they need to address as a five-star hotel. The indoor pool was the most disappointing item. I booked this hotel because of its indoor and outdoor pool, because my children love swimming! But on arrival they said we had to pay for the indoor pool, while there was no information about it during the booking process! Most hotels charge for a Spa, which is alright, but charging for an indoor pool is such a shame for a five-star hotel! They need to change their policy to avoid disappointing their guests. The second point was that there was no welcoming cold/hot drink at arrival. We arrived at about 10 am and the room became ready at about 3:30 pm , as they had a very busy time the night before (New Year's Eve) which was understandable. The location is quite far from the center, but the metro station is about 5 minutes' walk away, but for families/ groups, I recommended a taxi instead.
