Exceptional

I arrived early before the check-in time to meet some friends at the restaurant. I requested to have my car kept at the front, which they accepted. I made this request because my luggage was still in the car. However, when I returned, they had parked the car very far away. I didn't feel respected by the staff; they promised they would keep it at the front, but in the end, they lied. It was not respectful at all.

Great staff, truly passionate and caring and beautiful location and settings, spa, kids clubs and even the cleaning staff were incredible and spoiled us.

If youve ever been to a 5 star hotel, then you understand quality, attention to details and food quality that spoils youwell - this is far from a 5 star facility. While the staff was AMAZING - weve had very bad and simple food, like a cantine, bad ambiance in all hotel location (rave / techno music 24/7 = headache that you cant escape. Lastly, there arent facilities for late staying, like lounge or a place to hang for late travelers - which we would consider a normal thing for a remote hotel like this.

Over priced and overrated.

Spacious rooms.

Uncomfortable bed matress, noisy air conditioning, lack of toiletries in the bathroom, pricey restaurants. They make you pay extra for the sun beds next to the adult pool!
