Luxury in Nha Trang

Loved the pillow menu, tasty room service and that they restocked the water twice per day

The phone in the toilet is in an inconvenient location- I kept on knocking it off the hook!

Awesome hotel is great location. They couldnt have a car take us to the airport but called a taxi for us (and prearranged the price)

Everything was reasonable. We were served as much as exepected. Details was vivid. Both facilities and staffs were perfect.

The staff at the check-in counter, Ms. Quiny, was very friendly and helpful.

Room is nice and breakfast has a lot of variety and yummy.

TV manual says BBC Earth and Animal Planet are in English, but it is in Vietnamese. Called the front desk for help and got a reply that these two channels are in Vietnamese at the moment.
