Property owner/management could have provided newer household items (such as proper bin in the kitchen, hand wash, table cloth, in general anything to help maintain the cleanliness during the stay). Bedsheets were dusty, had some hair/dust. Drainage is poor, has bad smell coming out from the pipes, affected the entire unit.

The bed in all room are bigger.
A little bit upset due to washine machine are not funtion, in review have dryer, but not exist in our aprtment and pool for kid is close due under maintenance, owner should more alert with any notice given by JMB. These things are main purpose we choose this apartment.
Owner should add facilities like wardrobe in the room, dont have place to keep our stuff. Just keep on the floor.
Need to add the clothes dryer.
Not worth it for money.

The place was new so it was very clean.
This place homestay was not allowed. Everywhere its written no homestay allowed. We was not aware of this when we did the booking via booking.com. we was told about it via watsapp only a week before our stay. It was very inconvenient to get the key from locker which was at another place n have to drive back to the aparrment. Only 1 car allowed to park inside & another car outside and we had notice on our car that homestay not welcomed and video was posted in tik tok. They should wait for AGM meeting & resolve this issue before letting anyone to stay.

Great location and place but has issues with the management which needs to be sorted out.
Duplex unit was spacious, easy access at ground floor and well decorated.
1. No trash bags - so we bought our own as we wanted to help out to make the cleaning easier
2. Upper bathroom was clogged (shower floor), as we only noticed late night we resorted to opening the floor trap ourselves and cleaned it - was dirty. Other rooms were fine only the upper first room on the left.
3. Residence was against homestay - felt unwelcomed and like beggars tumpang a place despite paying top dollar for a retreat. Proprietor should work this out with the JMB and shouldnt be made our problem. We only new after booking. Our cars was sticked with No homestay you are not welcomed here very unbecoming of Malaysian hospitality
4. Kids pool was under maintenance- again no one informed us - luckily the larger pool was good

The admin & host, unreachable, play victim, blame others for their own wrongdoing, rude, purposely did not respond except when involves money they will reply within seconds.
No basic needs provided in the house. No soap, shampoo, plastic, etc..
Bathroom dirty.
Difficulties during check in..waiting for more than 1 hour just to get the key. Call no use wsap as well during the collection of keys.no assurance or anything to say to customer who has been asking and waiting without any further notice. When we complaint to booking customer service, and they did gave wrong information which cause them to lose the money that we paid. They threatened us some more with police etc although clearly said by booking they are the one who informed the house unavailable. Play victim some more. Such a very very very bad experience.please don't book any accommodation with this owner.

Relaxing and a great place to unwind
This is the place to stay if you have a big family travelling together. All the necessary amenities is provided like washing machine , cooking and drinking water dispenser for hot and cold.
Not enough toilet papers provided and we had to purchase from supermarket.

Spacious for 11 adults, worth the money.
We actually booked The Cove, but due to some issues we were redirected to another property of theirs. The staff were friendly and helpful, always communicating and offering assistance. They could improve on their kitchen facilities, providing a stove and microwave.
Nothing much was great, it can improve on cleanliness as it was tiny bit dust in some places.
