A very cute place at thalang road so it is very close to all the shops and cafes.

The manager was very helpful and nice loved having her around.

Perfect short stay - good value for money!

Staff really easy to deal with - helpful checking in and checking out they let us keep our bags there for the day which we really appreciated! Room was perfect, shower was nice

Very good location, right in the center. The staff was helpful and kind. Very good deal for a short trip.

The photos are not up to date. I had different expectations rigarding this location based on the photos on booking. Also, my room didt had any natural light :(

Really nice people working here. Amazing traditional Thai breakfast and beautiful cafe with flowershop. Nice location as well. We stayed in the villa. I think the pool needs more description in booking.com that it is jacuzzi type (shallow) rather than a pool. The pool also has sharp edges, so it feels unsafe to get there, you have to be careful. At noon, the top floor room of the villa can be super warm that it can be super hard for the air-conditioning to cold it up asap.

Lovely staff and in a great location. Highly priced for what is.

Isara Boutique is situated in the heart of the old town, an amazing location for staying in this part of Phuket. I would recommend staying in the old town for one night or two if visiting Phuket. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and made us feel very welcome! The flower shop/cafe is very cute too! And the cakes look delicious. We were provided lots of water each day, which was appreciated too. There was a help yourself stand for tea, coffee, and biscuits too which was a nice addition.

Our bathroom stank of sewage, especially when we ran the shower. We kept the door to the bathroom closed whilst we were there, as the smell quickly spread to the room. For the price, we had stayed in places with more to offer. For instance, it wasn't apparent the pool was only available to those who booked a certain room. The room didn't feel the cleanest and the air conditioning turned off when you left your room, so you would come back to a hot room. The air con' didn't work very well, so took a few hours before the room was at a comfortable temperature. For us, the set-up felt a bit odd with having to go through the flower shop. It feels very much like a flower shop/cafe first and foremost, that has rooms you can stay in.
