Not a 4-star hotel

Swimming pool was good.

The location is far from the centre so you cant easily move around. The staff were not friendly and surprisingly they just provided one key card only. When asked for one more they rejected. Fridge was not working and they changed it next day. Walls clearly need painting.

The size of the room was good.

Staff seemed totally disinterested and somewhat sullen, unusual for Thailand. Beds very uncomfortable. Couldn't even provide a taxi for us in the pouring rain.

Great hotel, little bit far from Pattaya beach but still a walkable 20 to 25 mins

The room was spotless, large in size compared to others, the room rate was really however was discounted for my stay

The pool area looked better in the photos, not very big and the surrounds were not very appealing.

Always consistently superb!

J Inspired Hotel is always our first choice when visiting North Pattaya as the rooms are aways clean, the breakfast is superb and our son loves the two pools. On a Saturday afternoons, they have a pool party for children, which is well organised and our son loves it! It's easy to get to from the main Bangkok tollway and is close to Terminal 1, which is a fantastic new Mall having a huge range of restaurants to meet all tastes.
