Great room and staff, crowded pool club area which was not relaxing and too many people using phones

Amazing room, staff and facilities in room. Breakfast on the 26th floor was good. It had all you needed although not the most options but was very tasty.

The pool club was crowded with too many people, only two small pools, one steam room and a dry sauna. Was expecting a little more such as a jacuzzi. People were using the lot mobile phones in the pool to make and watch videos which made the experience not very relaxing, I dont fancy myself on social media on a strangers phone at the best of times and especially not wearing a swim suit and when Im trying to relax. I will return to the hotel but not the pool club. I prefer more relaxing spa experiences.

Jacyz has a lot of content to offer, and we enjoyed that. For example one day it was raining so we stayed in and went to Pachanga. There are also a few bars and restaurants in the hotel, so you can try a different one everyday. We will be coming back.

There was one thing we didn't like. In our room the TV was on the wall you have to walk by to get to rhe other side of the bed, and it is hanging low so we hit our shoulder on the TV everytime. You couldn't avoid it. But that should be an easy fix. :)

Hotel looks nice until you get to your room and discover that there are no window. How a on the front, a prestigious hotel, charge a high price, and provide me with a room with mo window thats unbelievably. For sure last time i ever visit this hotel again. I trawel allot and this is the worst hotel i stayed in for years. Hard to imagine the ceo of this place, what a bad mind set to offer rooms without windows . Pure rubbish hotel.

Everything - the friendly staff, the gorgeous facilities (especially, the aesthetics), the room, the breakfast, the Pachanga experience. It was exceptional!
