    Excellent hotel with exceptional staff.
    The staff were very very friendly and helpful, providing good information about Porto. I left two small items behind, they notified me very quickly and we arranged for their transportation back to me.
    Only negative, though they provided good directions to find them. Their discreet external signage makes it more difficult to find them on a dark night when I arrived first time.

    Location was great, easy to get around. Staff were always very helpful.
    Room was outside and on the second floor. The lift was not working at the time and it was raining. The door to the room was not covered, so the rain came into the room.

    10/10 place to stay in Porto!
    The location was very good, and the room was amazing. It had all the essentials, and thanks for the complimentary wine! The bed was very comfortable too. And the breakfast was the best part! The staff was very friendly and they upgraded our room for free, what a great Christmas present! Thank you :)

    Newly renovated, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! What a spread! Would definitely stay here again.
