Suitable for Family or group stay

Walking distance to restaurants. Driving distance to Jonker street etc.. Parking - there is a lot of Carpark. Just make sure you park at your nearest entrance to your block. The owner is quite considerate. Basic utilities are provided: cups & plates, spoons & forks, body shampoo, and they even provide a small kid playing area. The unit is quite cozy. Not to mention they have Netflix too and some board games.

The wind is quite strong at night, making the door to the kitchen quite noisy. Second, it is so crowded at the swimming pool. Its hard to get a spot and the crowds start from early morning and continue until it closes. Third, it is quite congested to go in and out by car during peak hours.

Easy to collect the key from mailbox, simple and easy to take lift and reach the room. No need interchange lift. Many car park available.

Very good

The house is clean and comfortable. Nice view to the sea and some nearby attractions. Netflix is provided which is nice to have.

Bit far from the city. Netflix account is shared with other users therefore at night u will have difficulty to access it.. The sofa needs an upgrade. Not so comfortable as it tends to slouchy after some time.

Our one night stay at the apartment was great! Thanks for the great apartment and superb host!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and all questions were answered promptly. We did not drive out anywhere after checking in because Melaka town is famous for its bad traffic jam especially on weekends. But my friend went out to to the Dataran at night and took the Grab. Even the Grab arrived about 15 minutes due to bad traffic :). We had a good time staying in at the nice apartment. Could have booked for 2 nites instead of 1! Will get the same apartment if we come again!

Nothing bad, just to inform that the electric kettle was leaking. Also, would be good to provide some microwaveable plates for guests to heat up food.

LOVE TO STAY HERE

Love the view. Near to city between 10min - 5min with car. Also have netflix and strong wifi.

There is a lot of Brown-banded cockroach and it make me uncomfortable maybe you can find pest control to handle with it.

nice and clean stay

nice simple deco for the main hall/living/dining room. able to watch netflix and the unit comes equipped with washer. but guest would have to bring own washing detergent or powder. there is a fridge as well. the view at the balcony is not bad although not fantastic.

It is touted as luxury stay but it is just a normal condo homestay. The toilet seat is badly aligned, the shower levers seems filmsy when i tried to use it and the toilet paper is super thin. Not a single tissue box could be found in the unit which would otherwise have make it a more pleasant living experience. After all, this is touted as a "luxury" unit with a hefty RM80 cleaning fee (this came as a surprise as we didn't see this during booking). We would not have proceeded if we had notice this as usually we are out roaming the places of interest and only came back for the rest. The shower windows are a risks for peeping toms as i could see the corridors with neighbouring units drying their mops and other windows. Should consider tinting the glass for the safety of guests. and lastly, i found a wood splinter embedded in the bedsheet which is causing a little discomfort at my leg. i have since removed it so that it won't cause discomfort to the next guest.
