Very poor experience - think twice before booking
Well located in a lovely setting but sadly had to check out early as there was lot of construction going on and was very noisy
We werent told there was major construction going on in the villa next door which spoilt the stay and had to check out early. Owners / management company werent prepared to own up to noise issues and refused to refund for a noisy stay. The villa is old and could do with upgrading but a lovely location for peace and tranquility ( if no construction going on )

Price is value for money. The whole villa is maintained very well.
Breakfast was pretty meh, especially the pancakes. It taste so dry n tough.
The location was pretty far inside if you intend to walk to nearby Samasta for some food.

The villa and its gardens were beautiful, well maintained and relaxing. Our allocated member of staff cooked breakfast perfectly every day and looked after all of our needs. The villa complex is a very short walk to Jimbaran beach, very convenient location
We were not permitted to use the restaurant and larger pool located in the villa complex. This would have been nice and we would have happily paid extra to do so. We were charged extra for a cot for the baby and although it was not particularly expensive, it was disappointing on principle.

Absolutely stunning villa in a great location right by Jimabaran beach.
The villa was spacious and luxurious. Provided a great, secluded feeling space for a relaxing getaway. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Someone guided us to the property, provided good information about the property, nearby places to visit, breakfast arrangement, etc
During check out, there was no one at the reception, waited more than 10 mins still no staff showed up
Security guard told us we can leave without checking out after more than 10mins of wait at the reception..

Beds were far to hard,bottom rooms smell so bad that we could barely sleep in them,.
Compare to the other villas I stayed in way over priced,staff were nice.
I had to get my sheets changed as soon as I got there,the bed was full of black hair's and stains,same with the single bed down stairs,.being a hotel cleaner myself there is no excuse for that,.
