    Disappointing, other resorts are better.
    The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, but the biggest thing was that the room hadn't been cleaned. There were stickers on the wall in the bathroom and sand in the bed when I checked in. The view advertised in the photos was not the view at all, instead we saw a construction project and a small street.

    The view and the care of the staff. Room big and comfy. They offered free transfer from the pier. You go walking because in PhiPhi everyone is walking but the staff took our luggages from the pier to the hotel.
    Internet didnt work properly. They should renewal the towels, our ones were break and wipe.

    Room was really good. And cleaned well.
    WIFI is really bad. Mosquitos are there. Bit far from the center and beaches (so you have to walk as there are no any other transportation). Only 2 ( 500ml each ) water bottles are supplied for one day, which was not enough for me.

    Great value for money, in a good location while still quiet
    Nice large pool, great location close to everything but still quiet. Large rooms, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

    Amazing room away from the noise
    Very big room, and very clean. Nice location away from the noise, but still walking distance to all the bars and nightlife. Staff were friendly, and we were able to check in early.
    Quite a few stairs to the property, but we didnt mind. Could cause problems if you struggle with stairs.
