Extremely pleasant

We were placed in a villa away from the main hotel. The view was stunning, the balcony surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Such a pleasant location looking out onto the sea from the hillside where the hotel was

The property was great. It was a little further away than booking.com led us to believe but the hotel put a shuttle service on to ferry us the ten minutes drive down into Sorrento and back.

The hotel is clean and well equipped The room that we had was lovely, it was comfortable and of a good size with a balcony where we could sit to admire the view of the bay and mount Vesuvius The breakfast was plentyful, and there was a huge choice There is a restaurant with limited choice but the food is good and competitively priced. The staff are kind and attentive The hotels free shuttle was invaluable for getting into town and back Nothing seemed to be too much trouble

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool, lovely quiet location outside of Sorrento, convenient free shuttle bus into the centre of town. Helpful reception staff.

Went to lady in reception to book transport to airport day before departure she said taxi 180e and bus 80e i said I will take the bus as taxi to expensive so it was agreed pick up 8.00am and she said to have cash of 80e on the morning of departure a man at reception said driver was here we went down to what we thought to be a bus to find a girl and young man waiting for us we assumed he was talking us to the bus but it was the girls private car as we neared airport he asked us to pay now and of course we only had 80e in cash we arrived at the airport and had to find a cash machine to pay 180e very bad experience felt absolutely taken advantage of won't be back

Really fabulous staff and facilities but could do with aircon makeover

Loved the location, the facilities and the staff! Everyone was really friendly and extremely helpful! Was an added bonus that there was a scheduled shuttle to take you to the town! Rooms were very clean and pleasant also

The air conditioning in the room was not the best, we were really hot at night even with the aircon blasting room temperature air and ended up sleeping with the window and door open as it was colder outside. Could do with a fan or something additional to make it more comfortable.

Enjoyed this place!

Fantastic views from the pool & balcony. Staff were lovely & accomodating. Shuttle bus to the town & back is super helpful due to location. Breakfast included was a great selection.

The people from the hotel is really lovely. The location is really good also you have access to the bus from the hotel to go to the city a lot of times during the day and night, so you dont need to worry with taxi. Everything was perfect.
