    Reliable value hotel in Miraflores.
    Clean, budget friendly hotel. Everything functioned properly and the room was spacious enough.
    Location is Miraflores, which is a nice, centrally located neighborhood but not presenting much in way of attractions. Breakfast. could be (way) better.

    Breakfast options were so nice and tasty, they had a Buffet some days and others were at request but both great quality
    Rooms, facilities and surroundings. Very close walking distance to everything in Miraflores.

    A good congress hotel, we had a relatively comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Hotel was much what youd expect.
    Unfortunately I had some trouble sleeping due to the noise from the streets. Baggage porter service would have been helpful, but perhaps not available due to the late check-in time.

    I love the location, the spacious rooms, love the restaurant and the selections at breakfast, everything was eccellent staff very professionals and kind. Hotel is very clean and open to receive tourist. Thank you I will come back!!!!!

    Located in Miraflores which is a very safe area of Lima. The hotel is very big and well presented
    At the beginning when we got to the room we didnt have hot water in the shower and the water was coming out yellow. We reported it to the hotel and got it fixed

    The location was great. Very close to Restaurants, pubs n bars . That was a plus.
    The lobby is huge but nice. Lights were too bright. Needs more warm lights to feel More at home.

    Exceptional staff!
    The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room and they allowed us to switch rooms with no problem. The breakfast was excellent as well!

    Excellent choice for business travel
    Awesome location near plenty of food options. Breakfast was beyond exceptional. Ilike that the main staircase can be used to access guest rooms -- there is your daily work-out if you have a room on the fifth floor. Wifi was rock-solid and suitable for teleconferences.
