Great location and cleanliness, chaotic management

Great location, nice rooms which were very comfortable

Chaotic service, ordered two double beds through booking, was clear on a arrival something was off. They tried to put me in a room with two singles which I rejected so they found me a double. Key cards stop working after almost every outing. Asked to extend my stay and was assured it had been processed and Id be using the same room, only to find it had not and I had to check out last minute and find alternative

Staff are excellent. Location is good. Breakfast is okay.

Aircon didnt work properly and our room was warm. No tissues Bottled water only on day one.
