    Clean and comfortable but lacking amenities
    Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and eager to provide information on area restaurants. Parking was plentiful. Loved the breakfast selection.
    Dinner menu at the restaurant did not have a good selection. Location was much further away from the downtown area than we thought. No gym on site.

    Met our needs to be close to the airport but food was a disappointment .
    Bedroom and bathroom clean and functional and beds comfortable
    The food in the restaurant . We ordered tagliatelle for our last night in Italy and had been heated in a microwave as we could hear the ping but it had not been sufficiently reheated so we had to return it .

    Its a four star hotel, and that pretty much sums it up everything was according to expectations. Really nice and helpful staff, both at the reception and the bistro areas.
    I would be nice to have a place to grab a bite when you arrive late at night, and there is no such place inside or around the hotel.

    Good for an airport hotel.
    Very convenient for an overnight stay when flying from Bologna the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. Note that many IH hotels dont have staff- just a kiosk. This one has a 24x7 staff. Parking was very easy and free.
    The property is a bit dated and the AC in our room didnt work. We needed to sleep with the balcony door open to get the room cool enough to sleep.

    The restaurant was closed on Sunday. Being a four-star property, this is not expected. TV was not connected.. No concierge for the luggage
