This was definitely not up to the JW standards that we know of. If you have stayed at any four seasons then dont stay h

The surrounding area is beautiful and the steakhouse is remarkable. The room was okay. We got the bi-level king suite and it was nothing like the pictures. The steakhouse is amazing. It was the best part of the trip and the staff there were amazing. The spa was my favorite part except for the fact that they dont do couples massages or facials. Everything is separated by gender.

We didnt like the king suite. The bathroom was small and hauling your luggage up the narrow stairs wasnt great. One day the staff didnt clean our room and my husband rang the front desk to ask for someone to clean our room and the person was a bit argumentative about it. Room service was a waste of money. My husband ordered a martini and me a nonalcoholic beverage and neither were acceptable. We dont plan on going back.
