    An Excellent Stay
    This Excellent property is run by a couple. They are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Food was great. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. Highly recommended. We will come again.

    Place was clean and service was good except one incident
    The owner was short tempered and behaved badly when i complained about one toilet. We booked 5 rooms with attached bathroom. One of the room toilet has glitch on the sliding lock inside. It was locked from inside when we closed the bathroom door. When my 10yrs old son wanted to use toilet around 1am it was locked and could not use it. Since the reception is closed we have to knock my extended family living in the next room. I called the owner next day around 6:25am when we wanted to use bathroom again. There is no answer. Then again we used other room bathrooms. When i complained to him about this, he pretended as id he does not know this issue and asked me if i have damaged it. There was already bent frame on the door which indicate that this incident happened in the past as well. He went to kitchen and brought a knife and opened the door. When i settle the bill, i asked is there any compensation for the hassle we experienced. He started to argue in a rude way showing his finger right into my face. Except his bad behavior and the bathroom incident, the facility is okay to stay and his wife was polite and offered good service. .

    One of three room was really nice, function fan and air-conditioning, they arranged cleaning the cloths for us
    Mold on the walls, big noise from workers, any drink for breakfast (we had to ask), no hot water in bathroom

    An amazing stay at Kandy Blue!
    Everything was great! The hosts were amazing, socialized with us and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We arrived at 12.30 AM, and they were up waiting for us till we got there, helped us park and helped us with the bags. They even made a tea for us. Definitely coming back here when we return to Kandy.
